The reported issue regarding image hosting has now been resolved.

We have also introduced a new system that allows uploaders to monetize traffic from visitors who have an ad blocker enabled.

If you are interested in participating, simply drop your username here or send it to us via PM, and we will grant you access.

Current AdBlock Traffic Rate:
$0.50 per 1,000 downloads

Currently, this feature is available only for the Standard PPD model. Support for other monetization models will be added shortly.

How does the new system work?​

Typically, file-hosting platforms ignore traffic from users with ad blockers, meaning uploaders don't earn from those visitors. Some platforms force visitors to disable their ad blocker, which can create an inconvenience for users.

With our new system, we use additional technology that allows us to display a limited number of ads even to visitors who have an ad blocker enabled.

Since the available ad revenue from this type of traffic is relatively low, the current rate is set at $0.50 per 1,000 downloads.

If we receive a good response and the monetization performance improves, we may increase the AdBlock traffic rate in the future.

Hello CloudFam team,

I have an important issue with the current embed/streaming system that is causing me to lose a lot of traffic.

At the moment, visitors have to go through the Security & Network Verification/countdown page, and then they only get a 5-second teaser before being sent to another page to continue watching the full video.

This is causing many visitors to leave before reaching the video.

I also use another external website that sends me a large amount of traffic, but they do not properly accept/use my CloudFam videos because the embed only provides a 5-second teaser instead of a normal full-video player.

Could you please provide an official Full Video Embed option that allows visitors to watch the complete video directly inside the embedded player, without the 5-second teaser, countdown/verification page, or unnecessary redirect, while still allowing CloudFam to track and monetize the views?

If completely removing these steps is not possible, could you provide an alternative embed configuration that gives visitors a normal full-video experience while preserving CloudFam's monetization?

Also, the verification/countdown page sometimes shakes or flickers on mobile. Please check this issue as well.

This is causing significant traffic loss for me, so I would really appreciate it if you could provide a solution.

We will see what we can do regarding this. However, embedded videos are difficult to monetize because they simply play the video, and major ad formats cannot be placed directly on them.

That said, if you want, we can still display ads alongside embedded videos. However, the CPM would be quite low, roughly around $0.30 CPM or so.

If you are currently working with another video host that offers this feature, please send us a demo URL so we can take a look at how they have implemented it.

Regarding the second point about the flickering issue, we are already aware of it and a fix is on the way.

It looks like our developer found a way to monetize this with a higher CPM rate. We need to run some tests. Let me know if you're comfortable with that.
