I don't understand why webmoney is so desirable, is there any use of it for non-slavic people in the world ? I tried to be member of it and it asked my copy of ID and sample bills etc... for verification it would be great if you can have service for payza or moneybookers or anything else, I think webmoney is the worst for me and alot of people

No, programs are activated by default. Why don't want ppd and pps at the same time ? You don't loose anything.
