Hi. I register to Clicksor, is a good alternative for Adsense? or is something else ho pay better??

There cant be any replacement for Adsense. If you ask for some better provider who might pay you more money are properller ads , popads etc

If you have an adult website then they are ok. I prefer AdMaven, their rates are higher (especially in mainstream sites).

Nurip they have ad codes that works on video media player?? Like other sites like youtube have ads in player?

Google removed one of my old site, from search results. Just because I used clicksor. Those guys don't control their ad inventory. Nor have they build system what would do it automatically. I would say over 10% of their ads are viruses.
