i commented yesterday...

u replied today and commenting stats working fine...

r u kidding me ??

already lot of downtime and stats not working at times

but u r not willing to add me any bonus...

u should respect and treat ur affiliates well...then only i will continue using ur host...not only me...

everybody same...u should make us happy by giving bonus bcoz of ur fault like down time and stats not working

then only we will be happy...

but everytime i asked about bonus or add my lost earnings...u replied irrelevantly or some thing else

why should i comment here if stats working fine ??? think ???

I can upload yesterday and today's status and you will see there is nothing wrong.
And also we had to deal with copyright ip block and transfer our server to new data center and all this done in 48 hours.
Sorry but if you are not happy with our website you can send your payment request and we wish you all the best.
We have good rate for downloads and the fastest payout.
We can't pay something you never earned, to keep you happy.

We add more money to your account once but we can't do that every so often for no reason

i've been in wj for many years now and always gained good repute

truth is yesterday stats not working for 10-12 hours atleast...even more

i requested u to add my lost earnings...is that wrong ???

if r not willing to add me earnings...no probs...fine

but again i repeat yesterday stats not working....today stats working fine

This is a joke

This is not serious offer

You may as well set the rate for 1000mb + to $100

You need to offer fair rates

Higher rates for medium size files and reduce the rates for 1000mb +
 
Will you add webmoney as payment-option for Premium in future, or do you have a Reseller which offer this?

yes that's the plan but at the moment user from the UK and USA can not use all the webmoney's features.
but we are trying our best to find the solution for this issue.

Hello dear users
at the moment we have problem with finding trusted and fare webmoney ex-changer.
so we are not able to pay our uploaders payments by webmoney.
please chose other options are available.

and users sent the payment request by webmoney please kindly send your other payment method details so we can process your payments as soon as possible.

our plan is the long term commitment and like any other businesses we have ups and downs so don't worry about that.
in last few days there was an rsync on servers that's why we had some issues but our website is up and running with out any problem now.
