As i see, after 2 weeks you still count only $6 for Germany instead of $7 like your table says. So you aren't able to fix this issue after 2 weeks.

Also your downloadpage is kidding the downloaders.

After entering the correct Captcha it appears Wrong Captcha or you have to wait 50 seconds till next download, so downloaders will abort download and will search a mirror.

Hi.
I removed the captcha now so downloaders can download the files with out entering captcha code.
And for counting downloads from Germany, we don't see any errors for counting downloads and we still count as we promised.
