You will have VNC access with webbrowser and FTP client installed, and this plugin is due upgrade as ruT v3.4 is released. Once we do there will be more sites to upload to (hopefully).

Yes as they are VPS, they are provided with full admin access with the possibility of installing any software you need on your server (2x Dedicated cores and 4GB DDR3 dedicated RAM)

Yes with the help of fileupload plugin you can upload your torrents to file host sites.
