I had a low traffic adult wordpress website with depositfiles links and preview pictures, which I am unable to upload anywhere, due to lack of web hosting. I would prefer a completely free solution, maybe with some banner, which are displayed by the hoster itself, or a cheap hosting which can be payed by a WMZ purse.
In fact I have a quite low visitor count, maybe 10-20 visitors per day, and I wouldn't need a domain, only a subdomain, or subdirectory. Main purpose is not earning money, but getting experience and practise programming stuff. Full installation is less than 128 MB, monthly traffic must be quite low, as only HTML text is served, even the pictures are on dedicated image host.
I would prefer some cPanel-like hosting, where one gets opportunity to modify the PHP source files of WordPress as needed.
