to my knowledge there hasn't been a reliable and cheap master reseller from any offshore company. Shared hosting is another story...

But as bentink said you would be better off with a VPS

instate of master reseller its better to get a managed vps or if u know the management of vps then u can take unmanaged vps with cpanel
