Changing IP

Is there any way I could change my IP?

I do not want to use a proxy. Also, my connection is way too slow to handle VPS/RDP so can't use them as well.

So you're static? Phone your ISP and state someone has your IP address and is threatening your connection with DDOS and hack attempts, they should be obligated then to change it.

And why would you want to change your IP address if you've done nothing bad? Makes no sense to me.

You could try using a VPN service, although its the same as a proxy, usually they offer more features.

Also, browse around the how-to-hide-ip site, they have good information on hiding your ip.
Aside from those services & proxies, I don't think there is any other way to change your IP, sorry.

sorry, you can't edit your ip, because you have a FIXE IP
