Captcha issue

It seems when you are on forgot password page and you enter wrong email , you get redirected to next page with error message, but if you hit back and try again no matter if you entered correct captcha it will say captcha is wrong,It seems hitting the back does not initializes captcha code from server side , though i can see google captcha code getting refreshed
