Can't use FTP upload on sites where my account name = my email

On every file host where I have a unique account name, like Woxenrud, (uploadable, fileparadox, uploaded, uploadrocket) I can login and upload using FTP without problems. But on every site where my account name is my email, (turbobit, rapidgator) it does not work. I have tried both windows ftp function and ftp softwares.

I tried relacing "@" in my name with "%40" but it didnt help. My pass has no special characters
