Can't find files in RapidLeech

Hello,

so my VPS is setup with above. I want to download a file through ruTorrent and have the files getting downloaded to the same directory as my rapidleech files.

So I can upload them.

I went to the settings in ruTorrent and changed the directory.

I don't see the files in my rapidleech files directory, any ideas why?

Use ssh and do a search for the file to see what folder it is really in.

Did you use the full path for the download folder?

Click show everything , if you can find there .Use SSH and try finding the file in directory.

did you change tru rutorrent webui? or did you change rtorrent.rc too? if not its not gonna work

download WinSCP ( i prefer this than the tunnel ) then go to your
/home/yourusername then find rtorrent.rc then change the path of directory = /your/path/of/rapid/download/files

you need to change both rtorrent.rc and the webui settings

Hello,

I wanna try this again.

I have brand new install of RuTorrent and Rapidleech.

My RuTorrent download directory is /home/downloads/rtor.

How do I change this to my visible and saved to my Rapidleech files folder? (/var/www/files)

i also have same problem

i changed the directory of rutorrent to files/ of rapidleech, now everything is fine.
if i downloaded .mkv or .pdf file means, it is directly visible in rapidleech.

BUT, if i downloaded some folder in rutorrent means, it is not visible, even i moved to files/ using ftp
how to make the file visible, so i can upload to filehosts easily
(even i clicked "show everything")

i checked in FTP,
all files in same directoty (visible in ftp),
files which are visible are showing "owner/group" as apache apache
others which are invisible are showing "owner/group" as "torr torr"

so i have to do something in apache....?

That's because by default, RL doesn't show folders even if they are in the 'files' directory.
Go inside the downloaded folder and copy all of the files to the RL's 'files' folder(Don't forget to do the same for sub folders as well) and then click 'show everything' link.you should be able to see them after that.
