@AndyOne this is not true you are saying and you not know almost anything.. with this lack of knowledge you have you will put people in trouble.. i used contabo before some year ago for my own project it was a porn adult video and was using Cloudflare.. so i received a notification from contabo and they delete my server they follow strictly DMCA and in case someone do something more serious against you with a paper you could pay much things in fees.. i am a also victim of those called fake privacy domain registrars for marketing reasons my self when they leaked my info's and now for they are asking me from the country i live the UK that i need to pay damage fees or they will go to different actions.. some wjunction members told me here what to do and i am very carefully checking everything..
Cloudflare and DDoS-Guard when someone reports them something illegal must obligate with the law and they are sending all info's.. the name and the ip where are you hosted.. cloudflare traffic and their SSL is also dangerous since they monitor your traffic too..it is being wrote in many website about their logging of informations.. if you now
@AndyOne not receiving notifications for abuse it seems you may have being in a very big chance you are on investigation if your website is big.. and suddendly you will get the reports so they catch you easily..
i remember the xtream guys was hosting their server in Italy and Bulgaria contabo and a provider of Bulgaria which is advertising much that provides dmca ignored servers and suddenly one day they got raided and jailed... the owners was saying the same that they are dmca ignored and anonymous and how they not get reports and see what happened to them.. every country has its own laws..in Germany one letter from the police its sufficient bring you in big trouble they not need court orders there by their laws.. everyone can read about Cloudflare here https://www.cloudflare.com/transparency/ and its very silly people saying Cloudflare is a anonymous proxy..
regarding veesp.com they have terrible support and most times they ask for id and you cant have basic freedom they delete you and they do follow the dmca strictly too you can see their official replies..
