Forget servedome, only will give you problems i had to left because is one of the worst shared hostings that i ever see, all weeks at least 2 downtimes. And i can say that because my sites was hosted there for more than three months and they was hacked lots of times and lose all data.

The rest of choices are easy... webcare365 or xsltel, both are good, good uptime, but not perfect as all offshore hostings.
Never tryed bymyself Hilohost and ShoutcastUk, but seems that have good reviews.

I personally use Swaggerhost and they are decent.
they have a promo where if you switch from your current host you get the first month FREE

and also if you use the upgrade45off code they will upgrade you to the next highest plan(free of charge) and you get a lifetime 45 percent discount.

they don't ignore DMCA but they give you enough time to make a decision as to what you need to do and they have great support.

With the promo they have going they are great to me.
