What is the kind of website you are planning to host? Its load,expected users,etc?

For a ftp server, max 20 users ( upload -download files).
That amd cpu,8Gb RAM ddr3,2Tb HDD sata3.1000Mbs/download,upload 100Mbs connection. ?

Those specs should work just fine as long as you do not have all the users on at the same time trying to utilize the resources. If you are using a hosting provider make sure the hosting company allows you that many users
