Can i connect my Payoneer card with Skrill?

I have question for you and I hope that you will help me. I am using Payoneer a long time ago. I read in any thread that I can not insert my Payoneer master card on Paypal. I want to ask you can I connect my Payoneer card to my Skrill account and to withdraw money directly on my Payoneer master card? Is it possible? Does anyone try to connect the Payoneer card with Skrill?

You can link your payoner card to skrill but you can't withdraw to it !! you must add your US Payment service to skrill in order to be able to witdhdraw to your payoneer account
