i hope the file host will provide a <iframe>XXXX</iframe> to insert into my article that they can easilly click the play bottom to play streaming on line.

i thought of bringing up this thread because all of these video upload sites are gone now. its time to find new sites. who can suggest some new video streaming sites with video upload option.
