Why remote URL upload is stuck it should instant upload like before if remote URL is not permanent or not available for some reason it's eventually get failed

2. Thumb server has been successfully moved into new server as well.

Thanks, I'd like to clarify a few things
1) Old thumbnails (which are gone currently, about two-week-old videos) they won't come back right?
2) Is file cloning possible? (our own files)
3) Is there also alternate domain available apart from the default one?
