Hello,

This is not official thread, we came with this thread in order to transition into new platform correctly, feel free to report any bugs or share your thoughts and suggestions about our new system in this thread.

sure — my screen resolution is 2560×1080.

About point 5: I think the UI/design issue was caused by an overly long folder name. I deleted those folders via the Filemoon panel and now everything looks normal again.

Regarding restoring deleted files: unfortunately it still doesn’t work for me in the Filemoon portal. In the Trash/Deleted view, the select/checkboxes are missing, so I can’t mark any files. The Restore button is visible and clickable, but nothing happens (no action/no refresh/no restore).

Only some videos generate a preview in the videos library and a splash image in the player. Might be related to the video slider issue.

If in filemoon panel checkboxes are missing the files are not restorable.

it is annoying using the vertical slider between file upload and manage videos. There is plenty of space. stop using a slider

edit window of 2 minutes expired during editing. hmmmm

in grid vs table view only one of these has a clickable direct link (or copy url). why?

I need a faster way to generate direct url from all videos in a folder.

use a longer cookie time. stop logging us out.

filemoon allowed customization of ads level. where did that go? it's now 100 or 0. we want a higher middle number with zero interstitial video ads.

with 2gig upload why am i routinely capping out around 118megs

menu folders videos as 3 columns is not a great idea. the second column wastes too much space. it's fine for directory organization. provide an alternate video with menu videos only

how are we getting views on videos we haven't published anywhere yet?

FeatureRequest: FTP ought not choke when VPS sends FTP content other than videos. Silently discard those without FTP errors.

give an option to never show adult ads

in settings pick one word: logo or watermark. else explain the difference

we using one device to login. several active sessions from the same device show. hmmm

So it’s not just me who’s experiencing this issue, brother. Actually, I prefer the Filemoon interface

Hello,

Dear users we're really sorry for the downtime, we had very large ddos attack directed at our infrastructure strictly related to our api endpoints, we've rate limited all api endpoints for our platform as well as regular api. We've also mitigated with our Upstream providers 879Gbps ddos attack. All services should be restored, ddos mitigation is enforced at our Layer2 infrastructure.

quick question about the Zoom uploader: will the API/domain filemoon.sx stay as-is, or will we eventually have to switch to a different base URL/domain? Just want to know if I should be prepared to adjust my setup later.

i'm quite unsure what you meant by "base url/domain" but if you meant embed domain used in iframes / direct access to videos yes you have to replace it to the one given by panel unless you already use custom domain.

Sometimes files can be displayed delayed in the panel but they're there, we currently working on a solution to automatically update the files cache when file is uploaded via FTP. Regarding folders we're aware and this has been addressed in my earlier response on page number 4 in this thread.

Will payments still be processed only on mondays?

Right now it's hard to tell that we will stick to mondays or switch back to daily payouts that are automatic. Please also note that currently we have some payout delayes due to ongoing transition into new platform.
