Ohh Im so sorry about that. I didn't think I need to open a ticket for such small problem. I promise you I will open a ticket from now on every time when there is something wrong with the server whether it is small or big.

A Dedicated Hard Disk won't be possible but yes you can get 250GB of space if we have.
