Apologies to the clients on .213 , we have been trying to reinstate that server RAID, which has failed.

Consequently, we are working it out with OVH to provide a new better upgraded version of 2011 for the same server and move us to that server, hope its done soon and once its done we will let you guys know and put up your accounts on the same.

The days will be accordingly extended for all the clients.
 
So this is happening for all the Encoding RDPs ? No wonder I couldn't connect to it. How long are you expecting it to be down for ?

The server is ready to be put into production.
All clients will get the info soon, or else submit a ticket to get the slots up and running asap.
 
My staff is mostly online , today we have some network issues in our office due to some idiotic problems.
We are sorting them out, however tickets are always there.
