Buying Buying Windows VPS or RDP

Hey guys, I need to speed up my home connection, it's currently at 5mbit/s which is pretty damn slow, and my upload speed is 0.20 mbit/s So I need to speed that shit up.

I am interested to buy a Windows VPS or RDP.

I mainly will use them to upload and download videos to my sites etc. no blackhat stuff or anything.
