After talking through PM - it seems he is only trying to get users for his extreme tracking website.
As it requires you to place stuff onto your website, not only is it hurting your website's SEO but also doing who knows what else..

edit: Due apologies. Surely you can see why this was insinuated.
It seems beyond strange that anyone into business would pass off a potential prospect due to something so minor, which caused the flag.
