Hello, I've planned to get a server in Estonia (Eastern Europe)

Before I will buy it I need to know how many people are interested to buy Semi-Dedicated hosting from me.
Server is located in Estonia so DMCA will be ignored and don't be afraid being shut down

Note, I will manage/secure/optimize the server

Bandwidth: 400GB (100Mbps Shared Port)

I got more info from my friend and actually we will be hosted on a High-End VPS, because servers in Estonia are kinda expensive.
CPU: (Quadcore) 4 cores/8 Threads - RAM: 16GB Main, unknown VPS ram.

If you bought a VPS from turbovps, please note that they are capping your VPS speed. As for V12 plan, the outgoing BW is capped at 1280KB/s. That is not so good for shared hosting environment.

You will be better off in other places

Most of them will fuck you faster then you can blink.
I know i live in estonia and well i have used most of the server providers.

I have a good friend who provides servers around the world. I don't remember the datacenter but i will ask

Anyway dont be afraid for DMCA, because they truly ignore it. He hosts several torrent trackers and warez sites without problems.
