stay away
slow on customer support they always make u wait 3-5 hours to get a reply.
even if you reply within 10 minutes u still wait 3-5 hours
their livechat support is non existent
 
Don't talk shit.

I am subscriber for almost two years, and never facing any trouble.
Even now they let me to install any software that I want and get no space limited. Of course you need to respect rule no1, don't abuse system performance.

yes, service is good for the price, but many sites are blocked by their isp itself even for paid premium sites and I am stuck because of this as there seems to be no solution. The ISP they use has DNS AND FIREWALL blocks for many premium sites, so it is out of their hands as well.so is the service ok ans is Yes, do they reply , answer is YES within 12 hours most of the times. Is it useful for me, ans is NO as some of the sites I require are blocked by their ISP and they can't help.

Install Tor. It will help you for premium sites.
