[Blogspot] Is it copyright violated following Google policy ?

Hi guys
I am going to create a site hosted by blogspot of Google.
The content is about funny pictures which are copied from the other sites but I will cite the name of the original websites at the end of each posts.


Is it violated the Google policy about copyright infringement?
I am afraid of it because it may delete my site.

I've seen hundreads of warez blogs in Blogger that never got deleted
Images are irrelevant in copyright, i dont think it will be a problem
