blogger or WordPress reselling value

I want to know if you have blogger with domain on its .
for ex:
example.com
it rank in alexa 100000
what will be it value.
if you have wordpress it rank the same what will be its vale. :sun:

Owned domain + self hosted sites always will have a higher resell value as it gives you the full control over your site..
