Don't you still understand their system? So my last try to explain it :facepalm:
All requested payments up to 2013-07-18 were paid last week on 2013-10-07.
All requested payments up to 2013-08-01 will be paid this week.
Next couple of days after 2013-08-01 will be paid next week and so on...

Also for gold/platinum you need at least 500-600 downloads and 5-6 sales each last 10.000 downloads.
