I would contact support maybe on facebook since they reply more often there, that two should be paid already by webmoney...

i have webmoney keeper mini with formal passporte and with SMS confirmation, on the webmoney site, it says the per day limit is 600wmz, today, i had to receive 505wmz from bitshare, but i only received 465wmz and did not receive other 40wmz, now my friend tried to transfer 10wmz, it says limits crossed for one day for the z purse, whats this????
any one help plzzzz

I would contact support maybe on facebook since they reply more often there, that two should be paid already by webmoney...

facebook friendship requests and from there you will be easier to talk to them to leave messages on the front page of your facebook

Keeper mini has also weekly and monthly limits, so maybe you crossed them. Download Webmoney Keeper Classic and follow the instructions how to activate it: http://wiki.wmtransfer.com/projects/webmoney/wiki/WM_Keeper_Classic
After you have done all of that, all your limits will be gone and you can receive any amount

no bro, i have not crossed any weekly or monthly limits, these are my first limits for this month, now what i have to do to get 40wmz from bitshre????

First you have to lift your limit, maybe you did not cross any limit this week but webmoney counts it for a period of last 7 days? I would really try to activate WM Classic to get rid of any limits, I had problems with Mini several times and since I upgraded in December never had any problems again
Then try to contact BS via Facebook, there they respond quite quickly. The official support methods do not really work...

You said that you are limited yourself since your friend tried to transfer you some money. So you first have to ensure that your account has no limit and THEN contact BS and ask them if they can transfer you the money again... It's not a BS problem, it's a problem with your webmoney account.
