The site is online and available (from Europe) and I can also connect via FTP (ftp2.bitshare.com).

Which hostname are you using when trying to connect? Please provide the complete FTP protocol log if you can (of course delete your personal information like username and password or IP adresses).

Where's the problem? A DNS blockade is stupid as hell and you can simply use Google DNS servers (which are faster than most of ISPs' DNS servers by the way) and Google has nice to remember DNS IP adresses

Or take some DNS server from the open nic project which are close to you: http://www.opennicproject.org/nearest-servers/

the problem: when you use DSN like this solve partly, if you try, other site are off line this mean restore oldest DSN to look pages. and why just in Italy ? or you know are different country that have same prob?
at the end is not only BS and not a BS prob. do you know what it means?
