my accounts were premium. no mention of free account in the first place.

Despite what they say in their FAQ, Bitshare will automatically remove files after 90 days of inactivity even for premium.

I can confirm this because my files got progressively removed too, so I had to stop using them.

Until 2013-02-03 completed and received last week.
Until 2013-02-06 (at least in the morning) marked as completed, but not yet received.

Unfortunately you see that they process only 3-4 next pending days per week, so the delay of pending payments gets 3-4 days bigger each week :S

That`s not true.

I`ve requestet several payments about 20$ each.
I can only tell from my point of view: They, like many others need their time to make the payout within the 30 business days. But the past has shown that they pay.

Read my statements, they pay. But the delay is getting bigger than their claimed 30 business days...

hope they are not getting ready to close down, if so you will lose >2 months of payout when that happen as they keep delaying payout each week.
