My payment is completed according to the site, but unfortunately the money requested at 2012-12-15 still hasn't arrived to my webmoney z-purse. I set my e-mail address instead of the z-purse identifier at the settings page. Maybe this is the problem.
@budokan
They probably exported your email address in their mass payment request but since webmoney needs the Z-purse to complete a transaction it just didn't pass. Try to reach support, you will not get any support in this thread for sure...
@shakir69
I would try to contact them again, but it's your choice and your money
sometimes upload speed fall to 30 KB/s via FTP (using RDP), and takes hours to upload a single file, not to mention the waiting time that needs the files appear in account. i tried webupload too, i get "404 Not Found" error all the time. ,
how the hell is it possible to upload ? whats going on with bitshare?
@smx, i will take another chance and contact them again, but its not like i dont want the money or whether i have a choice or not, some filehost just act weird (v have plenty of examples in this thread to show bitshare is one of them). they paid me correctly twice and the third time this happened. i dont know how to explain, but it gets frustrating after a certain period. i contact them, no response, again contact them after a couple of days no response....... v have had filehosts holding money of uploaders and then not paying them saying payment gateway issues n blah blah blah. for me bitshare is not to be trusted again, everyone has his or her opinion/choice, sadly bitshare aint mine. nevertheless, i will contact them one final time.
The problem is in my opinion, that most filehosts are run not by professionals and they have many bugs in their applications and processes. If something fails, they often do not even realize that and if their support is overloaded, they simply don't read the messages instead of investing in a better support. Sad but true...
netload has problems, and so does UL. share-online.biz? LOL Hell, last time I checked, an American couldn't even get paid through netload.
Bitshare pays. They pay regularly. They're not here to babysit people. Their support is shit, yes, but they pay and they pay quite well actually, especially since the market isn't oversaturated like UL and netload's.
Ftp upload I know from 2012 that is limited by 500kb/s each connection, For people who upload on slow speed on normal/web upload, I have a vps from www.gigaservers.net and I upload on web with over 5mb/s, I open 2-3 mirrors on chrome and start upload, each mirror has over 1mb/s, so try to buy vps from gigaservers.net.
i have the Bitshare premium account, but i reach the 10,000GB limit, i want to upload more data, but i have no space, what should i do???? as i already have the premium account.
ANY ONE PLEASE TELL.............
