I got this message (too often)

Error - File not available

We are sorry, but the requested file was not found in our database!
The file was deleted either by the uploader, inactivity or due to copyright claim.

The file appers in my file manager.Sometimes it works sometimes not.
Ppl are complaining cuz some parts of the software is missing,they get this message ,even if the file is available.
What causes the problem?

My site was down for 3 days,you can't expect me to have sales when my site is down,right?
So will I ever get to change my plans again?You can't just devote me by judging my activity for 3 days,I got average 10 sales almost everyday for the past 2 months .

PS : How do we know which files that get sales...? I mean to find out the detail without seeing list of files one by one.

Too Bad...No more sales since that day, although Blog and threads stats increase 2x..:(

Need lot patience.:))

Why you dont read my previous posts? All webmoney payments are in process and should be done by end of the week.
