Pardon me for asking a stupid question, but where the heck is the DMCA tab on the Bitshare page? Can't seem to find it.

The tab only appears if you have DMCA-deleted files. In that case it's on the "myfiles.html." (Files | Remoteuploads | FTP-Uploads | DMCA)

I have some payments waiting two of them since June. I requested a payment with webmoney and they told me that my account is unable to receive funds (which is false).

I asked to change my payment requests from paypal to Webmoney and they told me that it not possible...
I have one payment marked as completed but i dont get any money.
I also have one payment marked as rejected, but i didnt get it in my account.

Sometimes they ignore my messages, or answer whatever they want using a crappy english (mine is crappy too but im not giving support).

I am close to be insine because of this hosting.

Thanks! Yeah, I checked under http://bitshare.com/myfiles.html & I didn't have anything that says "DMCA" anwhere. Funny thing though is they deleted one of my other files(a .Rar'd amateur set, so no copyright bullshit). I didn't even get a file delete notification even if I already had it enabled.

don't put words like teen, sex etc in filename and it won't be deleted

^ Ah, that could've been the cause. It had the word "Teen" on it. Thanks for the FYI!

requested on Jun 2X (paypal) --> received on Aug 2X (with 5% fee) --> 4X business days

still had request on Jun 6, but I dont think I will receive it coz it is the first day of their paypal issue
i give up that request (show completed but never on my paypal acct)

I think request after June 20 will be send soon!

Ok, i have seen webmoney request completed today, exactly 10 business days after requested ( 12 August 2012 ), but still need to wait till it appear in my webmoney account. Usually there will be delay, but good to see the payment is on time.

Hope Bitshare can processed all Paypal pending payment too soon.

Remote upload is faster than it used to be. Maybe it is due to the departure of many uploaders??

Don't worry.You can see your money in WM after a day or two after it is marked as completed.
