The above file link is the file being stuck in processing. It's a valid link and the file is downloadable using web browser or IDM.

Fileserve is known to be extremely slow, so I can't waive out the possibility that the problem may be with Fileserve. BUT I think Bitshare may also be a fault - you may need to extend your timeout value as well....

Fair enough, blame it on Fileserve. Normally I blame everything on Microsoft instead :D

Any chance to extend your timeout value rather than letting it stuck in "processing". Or I'd rather it end with a "failed" status, then I could do a manual restart. I cannot restart a "processing" status.
