In YOur further instructions you said that :

but i can't see AlertPay in my payment option!!!

and i sent a lot of messages to your support but i didn't recieve any reply

please answer me

This is what I get w/Zoom Uploader whenever I try to upload sth:

Code: 
(SocketError:Socket Error # 10061/Connection refused.) (bitshare.com)

Username / pw are 100% correct.

I don´t know if they are SCAM, but I can talk about my previous payment, it was around 6 days after request.

Now, 8 days ago made a payment request (2011-03-09 1:11) and still it is in Queue but i hope that Bitsshare process my request as soon as possible.

The payments are done, why you can not wait some time until you recieve and call us Scam?
Look at the hundreds of posts here..

you have bad supports in your host no one answer the emails why??

and another thing you should to solve it
there are errors in downloads counter in my acoounts
more than 50 files haven't any downloads!!
and same files on hotfile have more than 100 downloads per file!!!

Still waiting for another batch of ftp-upload to transfer,
Bitshare pay, and they are not automatically, just wait....don't flood the thread with un helpful message lol

lol, his solution = ignore any complaint
I have been ignored for 3 weeks in 2 forums and email support
 
fadepal: At this time, no AlertPay possible. Use Webmoney or PayPal. About your download counting problem you already have been informed from one of our techs.

John.Doe: How about you contact the developer and not us? What have we to do with that and how we should know how to solve problems with it? Use our own upload tool if you want support. Also please inform me with your username.

rosinant: Yes, we know this issue. Be patient.
 
@BitShare: I don't know if you know your software, but being a businessman you or one of your techs probably should.

And about whatever tools you got: It's the other way around. I doubt the more serious uppers will care about it. They want to use their tools that work well with any other host to get done with it and not reinvent the wheel for a single hoster.

Since those serious folks are your subscriber magnet, you might want to keep'em happy and let them use what they're used to.

Now please be advised this is just a quick heads up and there's no need to get all worked up.

Not that I'd worry all that much, I'll gladly upload to BS when I can and don't upload when I can't. *shrugs*
