Yes, mirrored to Fileserve. Fileserve and Bitshare are the only two filehosts I use now.

I did checked Fileserve to see if those who downloaded from Bitshare have downloaded parts from Fileserve. It doesn't look like they have:

My first payout was set to Automatic. After that it appears it automatically reverted back to manual. I am currently 3 days since making to $20 and still no sign of automatic payout.

Automatic payout is good if you make hundreds of dollars a day, if you just have 20 or a little over, just hit use manual

Hey Bitshare.
I seem to have problem remote uploading files.
Sometimes I can upload from my server but most of the time i get the message of failed
i was able to upload to any other file host but just not bitshare and I was able to download the files straight from my server.
Please look into it.

That's not the point. Automatic is when you don't want to do it manually. If you need to manually do it, then why the need for an automatic setting? It would be futile.
