hey, bitshare !
Why do I not login my account although I entered my password and username correctly ?
When I choose Lost Password and I enter my email then waring :

I need a rational explanation !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

sergio090588 cause they ban the users without any reason, if u say bad words here
they ban you, if you earn too many, they ban you, if you.. blah blah.. they ban you.
If I were you , run away asap and refund your money.
 
sergio090588: Your email is not in our system, either:

- You changed it.
- Someone changed it for you (Hacked)

In both cases, you should contact our support with your old data. Posting crap here wont help you.

kaybiptu: Just small delay as usual with webmoney. Stop asking the same thing every week.

cvrle77: Currently there is some overload on our servers, problem is solved asap.

Just to let you know, uploading speed dropped from 20MB/s to 1-2MB/s

I know that you know, I read previous answer, seems now it is really overloaded.

upload speed only 150kb/s .. too slow...
Some crazy people 100MB/s take up too much bandwidth...
do some limited...
Max 3M/s is enough for uploader
 
Web interface, connection either gets broken, disconnected, or very slow

Sorry for being impatient, but I can't upload anything from web interface....is this going to be resolved any time soon?

@Bitshare Someone stole my account! but i never receive any mail about changing pasword or mail and now i cant retrieve my account.. There's someone that is trying to stole all my accounts and i also have his mail but i can't do anything about him.. cn you help me recover my account? i know it's in some way my fault if he succed to stole it.. But please help me have it back.. i spent too much work in it..

ok thanks a lot.. but if i go to the contact module and select stoled account option in the site you write it's my fault if i lost them and every mail will be ignored and it don't let me send anything... how do i contact you? there is a mail address somewhere?
