Last time double rate was applied for about 1 day, but views dropped for days. There are those who win a lot, even though people agree with high ads and the ads run smoothly. I have contacted via email but there is no response.

They never reply to emails. I have tried many times as well. Yes, they do reply to DMs here. Regarding the views, I feel that the count is correct for old files, but for the files uploaded in the last two or three days, the view count seems to be slow.
 
today i can positively say that the views are up like before for me! only yesterday was a bit slow but today all is good he fixed it everything is back to normal for me, thank you @BigWarp

After the double rate yesterday, some people experienced a decrease in views, I don't think it affected me. But 3 or 4 days ago when there were some problems such as not being able to log in, problems after uploading, and a decrease in views, I was only affected by the decrease in views until now. the views are really good he already fixed it! and the people who are saying views are still down, you need first to upload more videos and wait 24 hours before you say views down because remember the down time happend only yesterday so wait at least 24 hours after you '' upload '' new videos

My BTC payment was marked paid but nothing came i checked transactions on bitpay to see if there is unconfirmed payment but i didn't find any, i checked my BTC wallet and nothing is there, im sure this was error can you please check? i sent you my username on pm @BigWarp
