But Our rates are still high because we count videos after only 1% (If your traffic is not counted on 1%, your revenue will shave by 30%)

Add 2 or 3 more pops before launching the video to count straight away instead of waiting for 1% of video views + add a 200% advertising mode.

Oh and reduce the encoding servers, I know it costs a fortune...

I think you misunderstood. The video rotates landscape when going fullscreen on a portrait video. It should be portrait fullscreen not landscape fullscreen.
