If you want to reduce the price, do it slowly so that uploaders can adapt, rather than suddenly reducing it and making people confused, like users turning on 1 will go down to turn on 2, and turning on 2 will go down to turn on 3, rather than reducing everything to 0.

that was your strategy from the beginning...to attract as many uploaders as possible in the shortest time and after that to reduce the rates
because otherwise you know very well that no one trusted a new site
