I guess Mr-R-T's HQ-Uploads.com , it's the only blog I visit (and that's like few times in month) , it has good movies, and especially tv show episodes.

Damn, I forgot about kiddo's Released.ws, released.ws should also be added in this thread, it has some pretty cool shit, such as rare movies.

1. you can't tell if it's reliable/stable or not, because it's too fresh/new
2. tiny database, really almost no choice on what to download
