Best video streaming website?

Hey guys,

So i'm looking for video streaming host for my movies website. I don't need alot of money from views. My priority is good movie quality for free users(even 360p, 480p would be awesome), fast loading speed and less advertising. Please suggest some.

Vk.com is really good, but they deleting movies for copyright really fast...Usually good movie will be deleted in some hours...

How to upload?? There is no tools. I just tried the ZOOM. But failed.

I was using played.to but they compress a lot so is not great quality and also is not paying anymore, now I'm trying powvideo.net and it seems very good.
