If I download torrents, I do it with http://isohunt.com/

Sure you can download a torrent and then re-upload it to a file-host of your choice. All the latest stuffs are first (mostly) posted on torrent sites, and then others dnl them and puts it on warez sites.

but If you want huge amount of seeders then try www.torrentleech.org

I think the TL is the best torrent tracker but you need to have an account on torrentleech to leech from there.
