Best script to run look like youtube service

ClipBucket is pretty good, but many hosts will not allow it. Make sure you check if your host will allow it

If you want off-the shelf solutions and just buy a CMS, try looking at YetiShare for example. Doesn't really look like YouTube, but has the same functionality.

Since you mentioned MegaVideo, you might want to use something like xFilesharing too. They have Media Player and Media Converter Plugin and stuffs.

Yetishare has its own Media Player/Converter plugins. You should consider looking on it if you want their 100% source code unencrypted.
