For example adf.ly , ity.im , zpag.es , linkbucks
Wich one is the best?

I don't use. I think it annoy the user. As I'm the downloader (before), I'm so boring for these shortener service. Avoid shortener get more download rate, trust me

i never got paid by zPag.es.
linkbucks is run by 12 year old, at leased that how they run their support forum, but they do pay.
i guess you best bet would be adf.ly, they pay and look more professional.
never heard of ity.im so can't comment.

adf.ly is good (I think it has the highest rates ) and I got paid ( so it's not scam ).

none of them, they pay you with the expense of your traffic... you might got $25 but actually you just lost $50 or more due to many potential users avoiding the shorted links.

linksafe.me - don't pay because it's a direct link - no adverts or shit which makes people avoid your links
