I own website with reward system and my users wants me to pay in BTC and USDT so which tool or website can I use to send them BTC and USDT and pay with Credit Card or PayPal??

Just use Metamask, honestly, for your ETH and a self-custodial Bitcoin or Bitcoin cash wallet depending on BTC or BCH.

I use binance and coinbase as exchanges and i like USDT less cumbersome to work with.

It might be good to use Metamask then in terms of USDT. Coinbase and Binance are exchanges, not wallets, and I would only use those for the actual purchase but not holding of the coins.
