Being a previous developer designer i can safely say that all browsers have their flaws, ie has the most and was always a major pain to design sites for.

I did use Mozilla many many years ago, and for some reason started using Chrome for a few years and now I am back to Mozilla so I would probably say either Mozilla or Chrome. I switch between the two.
