Can someone enlists the best ad server providers i.e, Ad management platforms?

I would go with Free Open Source Ad Server - Revive Adserver
Formely known as OpenX. It is Open-Source and known as one of the best Ad Servers.

I do not use it yet.

Google's DoubleClick does it's job. There are problems with using some ad networks ads though.

if you are looking for ad-server service then DFP is the best for sure .

if you just need ad-server script then revive is the best I think
