my account is suspended without any reason or notification!

waiting since 20min for an answer via ticket or livechat....

hope we can solve this problem fast!
 
Well, Support is very well. They're very polite and friendly.
I just talked with support about 1 hour and he helped me again and again and again and never say a single word :)
They also make discount to me and helped me about my script installation from moving my old host to new host and SQL things..
I would overall say

Hosting: 9/10
Support: 10/10
 
I am barely one month with this host. They had an error HD and I lost some of my data. But that's not so bad. This morning when I try to log into my account, login failed due to wrong password but I have not change anything. Still waiting for this issue to be resolve (it has been more than 12 hrs now)

can you post some stats of the host? like client hosted or something, to see if you have too much clients

EDIT: some questions

Which web server you use?(nginx, apache, litespeed)
You allow image hosting scripts?(something like 4chan or tumblr)
you allow file hosting scripts?
whats the max file size upload?

And, if you can tell me more about the software of the servers of reseller hosting :))

Seems to be nice...just start with them...but to this day support (email tickets and chat works really great)...zobaczymy jak bedzie dzalej:)
 
Waiting since more than 2(!!) days (ticket opened 19/02/2013 13:34) for enabling ssl with a server signed certificate!

When they do so, webserver creates error 500! looks like they are unable to handle their configs!
if anyone has a solution please contact me or Sahil.

[Tue Feb 19 20:53:40 2013] [error] [client 213.152.161.XXX] SoftException in Application.cpp:422: Mismatch between target UID (9X) and UID (70X) of file "/home/ulmovies/public_html/XXXX.info/index.php", referer: http://surfanonym.info/

obviously there was no change last 24h, so it looks like you have problems solving my request, maybe someone can help us regarding this!

We are having no issues, seems that your ticket was being looked by my colleague and he lost the connection due to which I never looked into it again. SSL is of course possible to have, your ticket will be sorted out.
To be frank, we had this ticket open for a lot of time than our normal response time, we apologize for it. Please use the medium of support tickets to contact us, not forums.
